What's your favorite source for affordable statement necklaces?

I'm thinking the kind of thing that can dress up a simple crewneck top, and preferably something that doesn't actually look super cheap.

i like Lia Sophia, since my SIL sells it, i know when all the good deals are, like buy 2 full price (your cheapest items) and get 4 for 1/2 price. plus they fix them for life if something breaks on them. and i try to host a yearly show because i ended up with over $700 worth of their jewelry for $150 because of my hostess bonuses.

I only go to Forever 21 to browse and buy accesories. I also get mine at Macys, Dillards, The Limited, BR, NY company.
