I use it for so many things:
As a dip for wedges (battered and fried wedges of potatoes) -- either straight or mixed with sour cream, as a sauce in wraps, in tons of stir-frys, as a base for homemade barbecue sauce, on hot dogs, as a sauce for pizza, mixed with cream cheese as a spread for crackers at parties, thinned with some chicken stock as a base for two-minute noodle soup, glaze for baked chicken, an ingredient in fried rice...
Sweet chili sauce is everywhere here in Australia, it never ceases to amaze me how they use it.
