Philly half is the race I'm training for, but I've got several 5k's on my plate between now and then. I guess technically I am training to break 25 in the fall, cause that ain't happening till the weather cools off.
M- 4 m T- 4m + strength W- cross Th- 6m (race) + strength F- off S and Sun - 12 total miles, we are traveling so I haven't figured out how to fit them in. I'd like to do 8 and 4 + speed work if I can make it work.
Mr. GT has a man cold and I'm done being sympathetic. If you can run 10 miles you can work around the house.

Training schedule for the week: M: planned rest T: unplanned rest W: 4 miles w/ intervals, masters R: 3 hr ride, 20 min run brick F: masters, 12 mile run S: 90 min ride, 45 min run S: 1 hr ows, all day paddling

Highlights from last week? Avg 18.2 on my long ride, which I was happy with. Did my long run in the middle of the hot day and felt strong. I hope I'm ready for Boulder, yikes.
What are your plans for the 4th? Unpacking & cleaning, but I'm sure we will grill or something.

Any issues/problems/vents? Its hot as hell, im slow, and just blah. But no pain, i cant dismiss how great that is despite all the suckage.
Highlights from last week? None lol but ive been building up my midweek runs and next week im FINALLY running four times a week. Woooohooooooo
What are your plans for the 4th? Going to our towns parade in the morning (our pup loves the attention), then to a friends for a bbq. Our town is doing fireworks on 7/5.
