E: 5/6 mile run L: mini sandwiches (turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard) apple or pear D: lots of finger foods because we are having our annual Red, White and Boom party - going to do my best to not graze all night and eat too much
B: bowl multi grain cheerios w/ fresh blueberries, skim milk and coffee S1: Cascadian farms peanut pretzel granola bar and a banana L: Lean Cuisine frozen turkey meal and an apple S2: homemeade smoothie D: not sure S3: cereal w/ skim milk

I lived in small town WI for my early life and these were not a commonly available food, and then I have been gluten free since 2005 and never got to try one. This is a VERY BIG DAY for me.

Sometimes I forget that not everybody grew up with Tex-Mex restaurants on every corner.
Well, now I live in NM and the basically throw them at you as you walk down the street. Fortunately the lady who runs my beloved GF bakery is of Mexican descent and makes alllllllll of the good stuff.
E - mile and a half run B - coffee :/ L - salad with quinoa, bbq tofu, edamame, pumpkin seeds, pea shoots and mixed lettuce with homemade orange-ginger-honey oil free dressing S - whole wheat pita with spinach dip D - peach, mozzarella and basil salad over arugula, grilled corn on the cob
