B/L: eggs, english muffins, 1 slice of bacon, hash brown, grapes D: burger, brat, black bean salad, chips, hummus and carrots, and dessert!!! Oh, and beer! E: either a mountain bike ride, run or swim. Currently in a food coma from brunch so we will see Happy 4th!!
