B: oatmeal w/ apple, blueberries, dried fruit and some nuts, hot green tea, coffee w/ almond milk and truvia E: 6 mile run - hoping the rain clears a bit - so tried of the rain:( L: mixed greens w/ cottage cheese, squash, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, pickles, greek yogurt w/ berries S: celery w/ peanut butter and dried cranberries D: chicken stew w/ roasted veggies S: sweet cherries and dark chocolate
Food: nothing sounds appetizing AT ALL. I over did it on the wine and gluten free snacks last night so I'm hurtin'. We shall see... E: 5x3 back squat at 85%, then some sort of metcon tbd.

B: Oatmeal w/raspberries and a scoop of almond butter L: Out somewhere, but my favorite lunch spot is closed today. Boo. D: Again, We were going to have leftover food from our cookout at the park on the 4th, but I am sort of sick of BBQ. I need to go troll Pinterest.
