In the summer I only wear them until I leave the house because its too damn hot to wear them outside. So usually just a couple of hours. Sometimes I'll put them back on in the evening.
In the summer, I throw them on after I shower & wear then until bedtime. Nighttime runs...so a few hours. In the winter, I'd put them on in the morning after long runs, & wear them all day with boots, now I'll just wear them around the house on the weekends until we go out in public.

Thanks, everyone. I wore them most of the afternoon yesterday and I think they helped. My legs weren't sore when I took them off. I don't think I can wear them during the week, unfortunately, unless I want to suck it up and wear pants.
I put mine on after my 16 miles yesterday, around 10am. Took them off before I laid down for a nap around 2:30pm. Legs felt great, if a little sore in the quadal region.
I'll wear them up to all day or overnight if I can, depending on when my run is, but not all day AND all night. I don't really leave them on under my clothes though, except for scrubs sometimes, because even under pants they are kind of annoying.
