Honestly, if something happens and you are at a hospital and need blood, they give you O negative and test your blood type. No health professional would ever trust something on your road ID. If it was documented in your chart, fine, but just on a road ID? Nope. It's too big of a risk. So I wouldn't bother! Allergies make sense though, and any medical conditions you have.

That's kinda what I figured. I do have med allergies, so I would definitely like to get one!

In that case, I'd vote for getting one sooner with your allergy info and not worrying about the blood type. I put mine on there because I knew it, had room, and didn't have any other info I thought needed to be listed.
