It's been awhile since I've seen one of these. How is everyone feeling? Still working out?
I'm a little over 25 weeks. Still running but not as much and mostly on the treadmill since its so hot and humid. Also trying to lift a little. I figure the stronger I am I will be that much stronger for labor (I don't know if this makes any sense but it makes me feel better). Definately starting to feel big although I'm sure in another 2 months I will wish I was the size I'm at now!

Way to go hannahb! I see in your weekend workouts posts you're doing a ton of swimming too.
21 weeks and still running about 3-5 miles at a time. It's all on the treadmill though, which is getting really boring. I'm also doing the elliptical or spin class. My goal is to do at least and hour of cardio 5-6 days a week. I'm also doing some light lifting 1-2 times a week.
I think it's time for me to invest in a maternity belt. I feel like I've really popped in the last couple weeks and I'm noticing occasional Braxton Hicks contractions starting during exercise.

I ran with the belt for the first time today. I had been having some cramps towards the end of my runs which I guess may have been Braxton hicks and if seemed to help.
I'm STILL pregnant. Yes I know I'm not at 40 weeks yet and thus Junior could be nice and comfy in there for another couple of weeks or more, but his dad and I (and both our families, and our friends, etc) are ready to meet him and would very much like for him to join the party soon. Thankfully I'm still feeling pretty good, but if I get another "no progress" report at my OB appt tomorrow I might cry. Right now my idea of "working out" is walking no more than 2.5 miles around my neighborhood or at local parks.
I'm planning on stepping up the number of days I walk to...um, every day (that its not raining) this week. And if he's not out by next weekend, Operation Evict Junior will begin. This includes every damn old wives tale I can think of, just in case something works. Curb walking, fresh pineapple, spicy food, red raspberry leaf tea, evening primrose oil, and maybe even all the sex (blech) I can tolerate. Which won't be much, to my husband's chagrin.
