Thursday: Peachtree Friday: off Saturday: 6 miles trails Sunday: 7 miles Trails
I have a horrid cold AND some sort of digestive issue going on. The trail run today was awful. All I could think about was letting loose a huge fart in the forest, but NONE WOULD COME!

Haha, I realized I have only posted bad things lately .
I got second at a 5K and did a 20:40 in that race on a super hilly course, and I've been going trail running every Sunday and doing great there--I'm going to sign up for the North Face challenge half marathon in the Fall . Plus I started doing Tae Kwon Do! I'm working to get my first belt! (I'm horrible but it's super fun) Also I'm getting over the affliction of anemia..I'm doing a LOT better.
F: rest day Sa: 8 mile run...miserably slow since I did it in the morning humidity Su: 6 mile run...speedy since I did it in the overcast evening. Like, and entire minute/mile faster than Saturday!
Thurs: ran a 4 mile race in town that was super fun. Fri: taught a 40 minute total body class, then a 45 minute spin class. Sat: off Sun: taught a 45 minute spin class followed by 15 minutes of core work.
Friday : elliptical Saturday : 4 mile run Sunday : 30 minute walk, 30 minutes in the pool with dd ( that counts right? )
eta - spunkypenguin how do you like the Ripped in 30 DVD so far? I need to add some strength training to the mix, and I have nrolfw but I can't even figure out the workout schedule.

If foundmylazybum farts in the forest and there's no one there to hear it, is it still a fart?
F: Thought about working out, but didn't. I did download a few yoga videos to my iPad, though S: 2.5 mile stroller run Sun: 1.5 mile walk with stroller
T- ate so much F- wanted to hike Mt. Washington but the summit forecast was bad. Sat in river all day instead S- summit forecast sucked again so we hiked a much smaller mountain and then went back to our ice cold river S- sat in terrible traffic and nursed foot. Probably a good thing we didn't hike more aggressively.
This was not a healthy weekend, but it was fun! I love NH.
Fri - my first ever open water swim (didn't go far, but got comfortable in the water - about 60 min) Sat - 4.5 mile run, including my fastest mile ever (11:04!) Sun - No workout, but I did scoop litterboxes and beat beds at the cat sanctuary for 3 hours.

I like it. I was skeptical at first, but it is a legit workout...and quick! I like quick! I only do it twice a week, so I haven't really advanced very far. I think I'm almost ready to start week 3.
