F - finallykrisb and I were supposed to do 40 miles on our bikes, but cut it short due to pissy attitudes (our own) and a mechanical which we took as a sign to call it a day.
Fun? Fun? If you consider 6 days of rain now fun...not. I did 2 rides in the rain. Holy chafing--even with chammy cream and good shorts!
Sat.: 41.5 miles Sunday: 40 miles (we'd planned 50 but cut it short once it started pouring on us)
Oh yes, and the next 6 days for the forecast...more rain!!
So true! I went outside yesterday morning and was so thankful I'm not allowed to run right now. That humidity was awful! I lost count of how many days it has rained. At least, it's not 100F, right?? ;-)
Fri - nada Sat - 16 miles in my hometown, with my mom on her bike as water support at a few locations Sun - 4 mile recovery with a friend; felt like a thundering hippo. Humidity and dehydration and achy from yesterday was a bad combo.

I'll take 100, sunny, and humid over rain any day. There is a reason I live in the south!
Thursday - 45 minute OWS and some aqua jogging Friday - 45 minute trail run Saturday - 100 mile bike + 30 minute "run" (so freaking hot and humid!) Sunday - 1 hour run with 4x4' hill repeats
Tonight I get to do an easy hour on the trainer to help flush out the legs!
Friday: 6 mile tempo run Saturday: 4.5 recovery run in my new pink Mizunos:) Sunday: 8 mile hilly run w/ running group, 3 mile walk to and from hot yoga, 60 minutes hot yoga

I had an extra long weekend, so I'm counting it all!
Thursday: miserable, awful 5 miles. Friday: 2 mile easy run Saturday: planned rest Sunday: 8 miles. I felt surprisingly great despite the humidity.
And, I went shoe shopping today, so that counts as a workout. Bought the Asics gel-Nimbus 15s. They were super comfy, so I'm hoping they work. Except the SA at Road Runner told me that they only come in one color. Which is, of course, not true. And since I'm tired of ugly shoes, I decided to return the color I bought and order the pink and green ones online. And- bonus- I saved $13 by ordering online!
Friday was my off day Saturday i ran 7 awful, hot, shitty, slow miles Today i went to spin and then swam for 45 minutes (i lost count after 200 yards, so i am going by time lol)
F: Rest day S: walk with niece S: 20 mile mountain bike ride. Elevation gain of 1200 feet. Way too much climbing for me but DH was in his element. Getting some time on the trails before our CO vacation.

Thursday: Peachtree Friday: off Saturday: 6 miles trails Sunday: 7 miles Trails
I have a horrid cold AND some sort of digestive issue going on. The trail run today was awful. All I could think about was letting loose a huge fart in the forest, but NONE WOULD COME!
I am chomping at the bit to be allowed back to exercise. I can't wait.
When will they let you back at it?
I have an appt on the 30th, but I am going to call and see if I can get a recheck around the 20th. If the levels are high enough I can go back to working out.
Thur: 11.5 miserable miles. I think I was bordering on heat exhaustion. I've been feeling crappy with a headache ever since. Fri: unplanned rest due to Thursday's run Sat: 5 slow miles Sun: I'm trying to get the motivation for 6-7 miles. I have to do them, but the sun is blazing & I'm dreading feeling crappy again. Summer training blows.
ETA: I waited until the sun went down a bit. 7 miles @ 8:32. Eh, better than I expected. At least they're done!
