I am back from vacation and back at work. We has an amazing time on the vineyard, I would have stayed forever. I am tanned and relaxed. Unfortunately I am already back at work weeding through 400 emails and a massive to do list. The good news is my boss is out this week which is fantastic. Countdown is on until the next vacation, 5 months until St. Croix!

That sounds like a great vacation Preppy!
I didn't do much of anything this weekend. Basically sitting in / by the pool for the entire weekend. At one point it was so warm that I just stood in the pool and propped up my book on the rim of the pool and read while standing in the pool.
Depends on who you talk to, LOL! DH had a miserable weekend, mine was good
We went to Lake George, because DH had an event on Saturday. We got there Thursday night after a scenic drive over, and it was nice. Friday there was a family day at his event, but it was too advanced for DD, so we spent the day together. We went outlet shopping, had some yummy food (and beer for me, yay), hit the motel pool, and generally enjoyed the day. Saturday DH went to his event, so DD and I were on our own. We went to a local playground, hit the hotel pool, had lunch in Lake George Village, and generally had a good time. We picked up DH around 6 and had dinner together. He said he had a bad day fighting, and was generally disappointed the rest of the night.
Sunday we took another scenic drive home. The first half was very relaxing, and gorgeous scenery. Then DD's car seat buckle broke, and DH mashed up his finger trying to fix it. In an effort to avoid traffic (to DH, brake lights = The Apocalypse), he got on 495, but realized 30 miles later he was going the wrong way. We finally got home around 7, unpacked, and enjoyed being home.
Soo lots of tv watching and reading in front of the A/C, which was fine with me. I hadn't had a slothful weekend in a while
This was us, too. Though we did make it out to see two movies: This is the End, which I was meh on, and Much Ado About Nothing, which I really, really liked. The second (and final!) round of the summer programs starts today, (with 80 people, sigh), so it was great to be able to just relax all weekend before a very, very long three weeks at work.

Ours was crazy. Wednesday was H's bday. BBQ at friends house on Thursday. Took kids to see Despicable Me 2 on Friday. Saturday bday party at beaver brook spray park. Sunday swim lessons then bday party at My Gym in boston. All time not spent at parties was spent cleaning.
We leave for FL very early Wed AM. I have a dress I need hemmed before I go but I can't find anywhere open today I totally forgot about it during the craziness of the weekend.
I have done the wrong way drive, but on 95. To this day, I still triple check my exit
The Vineyard sounds fun. I'm glad you had a good time, prep.
I had a good, low-key weekend. I just went out for some produce and was SO glad to see rain coming in. I'm hoping it leaves behind some cooler weather.
I'm spending the rest of the day prepping for my interview tomorrow. Fun times!
Our weekend was pretty good! H worked from home on Wed, so it was nice to have him around. Thur was a fiasco dealing with visiting in laws. In the end it was fun, but man, they are the most frustrating people to try to plan with. We went to the fireworks in Boston after their visit which was awesome! Friday we slept late, en went into Boston for a walk. It was super hot, but we had a nice time. Sat was a BBQ with friends. Sun was grocery shopping and yoga class.
It was a relaxing weekend, but way too hot and boring. I feel like we kind if wasted our free time. I hope it is the heat making me so lazy. I just wish it would dry up so we could actually enjoy some time outside. I wish we had access to a pool!
Weekend was good. Moved to Back Bay on Friday and almost died from the heat. Dinner at Lolita with my parents. Saturday was my bday so I had lunch with my parents before they left for NJ, unpacked a bit and went to dinner with friends from law school. Sunday I was aching from unpacking and spent the day on the couch in the AC.

Moving in the heat must have been brutal! I am glad you survived! Welcome to Boston!!
preppy: I'm glad you enjoyed your trip! How did your husband like his new ensemble? I still think it's hilarious that he ended up with more items than both of us from a shopping trip he had no part in.

He loved it! He wore the flip flops all week and wore the shirt to dinner Saturday. I made up for the lack of shopping with you with my spree on the vineyard. Spending freeze starts today!
