Just tried that one. Put in the same info as the other one and gave me 1705. I don't know...to me it seems like it should be more difficult then that and that there are a lot of individual factors that would go into figuring it. I could be wrong though.

I made a spreadsheet, because I'm crazy. I can add/update my height, weight and age in one place, it converts it into metric and updates my BMR for my current weight and my goal weights (yes, plural. I'm taking it in stages). It also automatically calculates my BMI and TDEE.
Here's my question on top of that. ... bmr is basic functions, right? How do you know what to "add" on top of that? I walk all day and work and hardly sit down. I never know how much more to account for!
