What are you training for ? Date? Next up is a 5k or 2 in August, western md half in Sept, Freedom's Run marathon in Oct. I've signed up for none of these though
What is your training schedule for the week? On vacation, but hoping to get some runs in. Need to do an 11 or 12 miler. I'm struggling with long runs.
Issues, problems or vents? My baby is on a sleep strike on vacation. Not a fan!
Highlights from last week? Finally got a double digit run in! Fireworks with the family in our new town, DS turned 5
How many states have you raced in? MD, DC (it counts!), VA, PA, DE, MA, FL, NY Eta: WV (duh, I live right there)
What are you training for ? Date? Columbus Half (Oct), Philly Half (Nov)
What is your training schedule for the week? Monday - deep tissue massage, rest Tuesday - 6 mile run, shoulder PT Wednesday - 5 mile run, hot yoga for 90 minutes Thursday - strength training and elliptical or more running Friday - 5 mile run Saturday - 4 mile run and maybe more yoga? Sunday - 10 mile run w/ running group, hot yoga for 60 minutes
Issues, problems or vents? I'm sick of it raining every. single. day.

Training for: Local half marathon on 9/7 and MCM on 10/27
Training schedule: M: 8 mi T: strength W: 10 mi Th: spin, strength, yoga F: 5 mi Sat: 13 mi Sun: Rest
Issues/problems: I felt a sharp pain in my knee while doing squats this morning. Eek, not good. I don't feel it anymore, so I hope it was a weird fluke.
Highlights from last week: I drafted my training plan. Now I just need to stick to it.
States I've raced in: I'm not big on destination races, so I think I've only raced in 4 states - MD, VA, DC, and FL. I've run (not raced) in a lot more though.
What are you training for? Date? A local 5k with my group on August 31. I'm also debating on signing up for a series again this year on September 15 and October 6. This would be the same course I did in the spring of this year, I'm thinking about it so I can see how much I've improved by then. ETA: okay I signed up with a girl from my running group, so I guess I'm training for those, too!
What is your training schedule for the week? Solo run tonight, group runs on Thursday evening and Saturday morning. And whatever else I can fit in, which will probably not be much this week.
Issues, problems or vents? Just the standard heat and humidity gripe that everyone has right now.
Highlights from last week? Um...I don't know. I ran at a new park in the town where my ILs live. Well, the park isn't new, but it was new to me. It was really nice. And I'm getting faster, slowly but surely.
How many states have you raced in? Just OH I think. I'm trying to remember if I ever did a 5k or anything when I lived in WA, but I don't think so.

What is your training schedule for the week? M: rest, T: 5 miles bridges, W:Track 6 miles 3x 800,400., Th: 6 miles F: 5 miles MP, Sat: 10 miles, Sun: 6 easy
Issues, problems or vents? The heat & the paces on my schedule are making it really difficult for me to feel like I'm succeeding right now.
Highlights from last week? Probably my run on Tuesday. It was cloudy & raining very very lightly. 30 sec faster than the pace I have been running (thanks to the lack of sun), and I loved every second of those 5 miles.
How many states have you raced in? Two: CA & FL. I'll add GA & IL in the next 4 months.

What is your training schedule for the week? Still in pace building time. M: 35 minutes, W: 0.5 mile x 4 intervals, R: 35 minutes, F or Sat: 1 hour run
Issues, problems or vents? I had been trying to get into a morning running routine, but especially with DS now potty training and us needing to wake up earlier to get his routine going and stay up later to get in a pee before bed, I'm just tired.
Highlights from last week? Fastest non-race 5k, 33:45.

What is your training schedule for the week? - don't *technically* start training until next week, so this week I'm just trying to get 3 days of ST in and 3-4 days of easy runs

Issues, problems or vents? I'm having a lot of trouble fitting everything in with this move. I'm getting my long workouts in, but not all of my short ones. I'm just feeling like I'm not ready enough for boulder
What are you training for ? Date? ~Chattahoochie Challenge Sprint Tri, 7/20. An Oly tri relay (I'll swim) TBD. Aquabike at the beginning of September.

Issues, problems or vents? I did my first workout without my compression sock for my ankle, and it hurt. I think I'm going to have to keep wearing it for a while longer.
