S1: coffee, half a banana, shot bloks B: more coffee, toasted waffle with PB and other half of banana L: sushi (tuna and crunchy shrimp rolls), mango nectarine (what is that? who knows, I found it at whole foods) S: greek yogurt with blueberries and honey D: grilled skirt steak with corn and black bean salad T: pie and ice cream!
