I love, LOVE the summer olympics. I'll watch just about anything they'll show. I totally wished I had planed it better to be home on maternity leave when it's on.
Between the Olympics and Big Brother, my summer just got infinitly better

These to things are going to make me a neglectful mother in a few weeks. lol
My H ran track in college so we watch track for sure. I dove in college so I watch diving. And swimming since all my friends were swimmers I gained an appreciation for it. I was a HUGE gymnastics fan when I was little. Not AS crazy now, but still definitely watch whenever it is on.
I just like the thrill of competition. I can get into the Olympic spirit for practically any sport, summer or winter Olympics, so I'm a fan.

I love the olympics. My favorites are swimming, women's gymnastics, running (shorter distances), but I'll generally have the TV tuned to the Olympics the whole 3 weeks.
I LOATHE the Olympics. I know, I'm un-American or something. But it's just so all-consuming! Every commercial, news report and hour of programming is about the Olympics in some way, shape or form. I just get burnt out by like the second day.

I will definitely watch gymnastics, swimming, and diving. And, probably other random events I catch on TV. I really enjoy the Olympics, and it will give me something to watch in the evenings while I knit.
Yes and I am so excited! We will watch gymnastics, I did gymnastics from when I was 2 till I was a Junior in College, I can't wait for the it to start. ;D
We usually watch anything that comes on TV and don't discriminate. DH and I were both rowers in college and competed internationally so we will be glued to the rowing. The Women's 8+ will likely be a showdown between the USA and our neighbors to the north. Awesome!
DS may or may not have some USA onesies and other paraphanalia from the training centers..... bought well before he was even thought of.
I waaaant to like men's gymnastics but it just isn't as magical as the women's. like, they flip and do cartwheels on a 4" beam !!! it really is like sorcery or something, I do not get how they do that and not faceplant 80% of the time.
