I am a poor traveler for the next few months, but am still wanting to maintain at least some semblance of physical fitness.
I am basically limited to my room for where to exercise and I have no equipment. I walk a fair bit, despise running (unfortunately, a huge part of me wants to love it, but all I can think of when I run is how damn miserable I am), and otherwise my main source of exercise right now is Zumba (about 45 minutes 3-4 times a week, just dances I remember from the classes I took at home).
Do any of you gals know of any good websites or youtube videos that might supplement the Zumba. I do much better with "fun" workouts, but I also love any kind of yoga.

I would probably try to pick up a few videos, but that's because I'm really bad at figuring out my own workout routines. I know some people really like Insanity, P90x, and the Jilian Michaels DVDs.
Insanity can be pretty intense, but it's a great, efficient, full-body workout that requires zero equipment. That is probably what I'd do in your shoes!
I did insanity while I was a poor traveler for a year. It wasn't particularly fun, but kept me in great shape. There are also a lot of good bodyrock.tv videos that are shorter but high intensity.
I keep meaning to do the pushups program, and I should really do both.
Those are the best I've seen as far as creating an actual training program instead of just saying, "DO 100 PUSHUPS!" I googled for 100 burpee challenge, and I shit you not, I found a blog with a post that just said something like, "The challenege is to do 100 burpees. I know you think you can't do it, but you can!" No program, nothing. Just do 100 burpees today. WTF, bitch? NO.
I keep meaning to do the pushups program, and I should really do both.
I've seen the squat one around too. My legs hurt just thinking about doing that and marathon training at the same time.
I noticed results with the pushups program for sure. It started out pretty easy but by week 5/6, you're doing 200+ pushups a day. If you do it, don't be afraid to repeat weeks if you have to. It seemed like it ramped up too fast for me around weeks 4,5 so I just had to do a few of the weeks twice.

When I'm traveling I make sure to bring a jump rope. Good cardio if you don't want to run. I also have an index card stack with travel workouts that are only body weight. It took a little prep time but is so nice to have when traveling. (example of one card: 10 rounds of - 10 pushups, 10 squats, 10 sit-ups. example 2: 100 jumping jacks, 75 squats, 50 pushups, 25 burpees)
