B: Greek yogurt with banana and honey, coffee S: apple L: leftovers: random mix of kale, rice, and turkey sausage (threw together last min last night and wasn't too bad) D: tofu stir fry E: hopefully swimming however with possible storms I may be doing some other cardio at the gym
B: ham and cheese in a small wrap S: chobani L: big salad w/ romaine hearts, grape tomatoes, cucumber, grilled chicken, blue cheese and light honey mustard dressing S: nectarine, granola bar D: last of the leftover mac & cheese

B: coffee, greek yogurt with blueberries and honey L: southwest grilled chicken salad with ranch (argh just realized I forgot to bring avocado) S: baby carrots with hummus, a peach, caramel frapacchino D: not sure, DH is cooking; probably something on the grill
B: oatmeal w/ berries, dried fruit and nuts, coffee w/ almond milk and truvia S: dry cereal and grapes E: the humidity has dropped! I have 5 mile run on the schedule but I may run longer:) L: mixed greens w/ cottage cheese or tuna, zucchini, squash, mushrooms, pickles, greek yogurt w/ blackberries S: apple w/ pb? D: going to trivia w/ friends so soup and salad out
B: coffee w/ milk, high fiber english muffin with an egg, thin slice of cheddar, two pieces of bacon and a bit of pepper jam L: spinach salad with black beans, roasted tomatoes, feta, some leftover roasted sweet potato slices, avocado and dressing made with leftover roasted tomatillo salsa and a little olive oil, and a mini ice cream cone thanks to free ice cream day at work S: probably carrots and hummus when I get home D: spinach-turkey sliders, baked fries

this is the 2nd time I've made it. Both times, my husband and I went back for seconds and then I had leftovers for 2 days. For the veggies, I don't really measure. I buy the bag of organic florets from kroger and toss about half in and then I use the carrot/cabbage/broccoli slaw you find in the produce section and throw a couple of big handfuls in. I also use feta instead of blue cheese because my husband doesn't like blue cheese.
