Creative yet functional race get-ups

Dh and i and another male friend (so two males, one female) are doing the ridoculous obstacle course event next month.

Think of Wipe-out style inflatable slides and what not.

I can not come up with something fun for us to wear. It will likely be hot as hell and want to be able to move still.

Ideas?
