Started back at Crossfit today.

Thank you! This is the longest stretch of time I have done without it since I started and I am definitely feeling it today. We are supposed to do The Seven hero WOD today...eek!

I'm going back tomorrow after 2 months off, and I'm pregnant. I'll probably cry when I see how much I can't do that I used to be able to.

I had to take 2 3 month breaks from CF, one last summer and one at the beginning of this year for 2 bunion surgeries. It was hard going back each time but I definitely don't regret it.
