B: oatmeal with blackberries, blueberries, dried fruit and nuts, coffee w/ almond milk and truvia E: cross training day - hoping to get a bike ride in later today after cleaning, meeting w/ dietician, and DH's work outing L: turkey on flat out w/ lettuce, tomato, mustard, some raw veggies, some apps at DH's work outing S: apple D: not sure?
B: Lara bar, banana, decaf coffee L: chicken salad, cheese stick, apple S: Greek yogurt if I need it D: whatever I can scrap together E: my hip and back strengthing exercises. Attempted to run but cut it short because things hurt
