DH was just doing bicep curls and squats and injured himself. He says it's a sharp pain in his chest when he stands up straight and pulls his shoulders back, but it hurts even when he's just standing with his arms bent and out to the side a little. The pain is right in the middle of his chest.
Anyone have something similar happen? It must be muscular right? I mean, he didn't break a rib or something, right?
