I did my longest run, 7 miles, last night and it misted/rained the entire time. I knew chafing was a concern between the distance and rain but I don't normally have a problem so I didn't even know where to apply any body glide. Lets just say I have an idea now lol. Oh well, just one more running badge to add to the sash lol.

Lol I hope it heals quickly! I got caught in a downpour earlier in the week - it was a lot of fun because of how freakin hot and humid it's been, but the whole time I was going "please don't chafe, please don't chafe"

As I up my mileage I keep finding new things so I'm like "that's what they were talking about!" lol. Must of been a weird seam on my sports bra (ouch!).
Patches- hope you and patches are doing well and having lots of fun with agility

We are doing well, thanks! I feel bad for not starting agility sooner, he loves it and he's really good at it. How are Poe and Jack? And how is the house - is it all done?

Glad he's having so much fun with it! Jack and Poe are good. I've been taking a break from flyball (since april) and it's been nice to have more time at home. Poe runs with me about 3-4 days a week so I can still tire her out. Jack is back to competing and at 12 he's still a crazy beast lol. I've been doing some lure coursing and dock diving with Poe and she LOVES it. We have a place to jump that has open swim time 2x a week so we head up every few weeks so she's happy And the house is all done and we love it. Finally got the last of the furniture replaced so it looks like a real place lol.
