I'm supposed to do 2:45 with an hour bike before. We've been gone all day at the dentist and visiting some friends. I laid down when I came home for a power nap. Now I'm just waiting for my phone to charge. It's going to be a long evening. I also have 100 miles to do on the bike tomorrow.
I should switch days and do my long run on Monday and be fresh for tomorrow . God I'm over thinking this.
