I have a 5K race tonight at 7 and I know I need to eat something beforehand. I was going to eat an english muffin w/ pb but that seems a little too heavy - any ideas???

I've been eating english muffin w/ butter before I run in the afternoon. PB makes me want to vomit if I eat it before I run. It just sits in my stomach and bounces around, same goes for bananas.
