In the Summer? Brought to you by my recent text from H that he just left for his run (at 10:30am) According to my weather app it is in the high 80's already. He's crazy.
I usually try to get out of the door by 7:30-8:00, and I thought that was on the late side.
Any time is a good time to run around here. A few weeks ago I had to get out early because it was strangely hot and humid. It's usually not like that, so I go whenever.
It depends on the forecast. And also when I go to the bathroom, which is necessary before I leave. Today I was up at 6:15 and out running around 7:15. I like to be done by 9 AM, even earlier if it is 100% sunny. Even though it was 81 and 100% humidity today when I left it was mostly cloudy so it wasn't bad. HAd it been sunny I would have wanted to be out the door before 7.
around 6. I think the nicest part of the day is 7am (it may be a few degrees cooler before then but it's also more humid. The sun dies up the air). And I like to be done by 8.
I started at 6:30am yesterday, and it was already 81F. We had a cold front come through overnight, and now it's 68 at 11am. I wish I could have done my long run today, but I can't do a long run and sprints on back to back days. So 6:30am it was.

You're in MD, right? My husband left for a bike ride at like 11. He is nuts. It's stinking hot out there! When I'm running long I try and get out before 7.
6am for most long runs; my run buddy and I are considering 5:30 for our 18 miles next weekend. This allows me to log the miles I want/need and still lets DH get out to run when I'm done (so I can hang out with DS) and have it not be too hot for him; he's usually running by 9am.
Depends. Since I will be doing an Ironman and won't start the run until mid-afternoon, then I try to run then if I can so I can acclimate to the weather.
If I am running by myself, 5:15ish. If I run with my running group, 7:00 because that is when they start - that kills me - it is so much hotter at 7:00 than 5:00. If I run with H, even later because we suck at getting out of the house to run together.

If I'm running with my running buddy, we usually meet around 8. Now that it's getting hotter, we might bump that to 7. If I'm by myself, I will usually start around 6am, but have gone out as early as 5am if it's going to heat up fast.
There is no way I'd start my run as late as 10 or later.
