Sundays are my long run day, and I wake up on my own by about 7:30 and am out the door by 8. I would love to go earlier, but I am completely opposed to setting my alarm on weekends.
During the week between 4:45a and 5:30a on the weekends, usually between 6:30a-7:30a although I had to work early on Saturday this weekend so I didn't get to run until 2p. It wasn't too bad though, only about 80!
Last summer, between 5am and 6am depending on who I was meeting and where. My running group starts at 6:30 but a bunch of us would get in early miles to beat the heat a bit.
I like to start by 6 or so, but usually it's later because I'm slow getting ready, eating, and gathering stuff. (Unless I'm on a strict schedule where I must be done earlier.)
