Way to go! I feel the same way about starting them main part IM training tomorrow. If you would have told me when we moved to Texas that I would have started doing tris and would be training for an IM, I would have straight up told you that you were drunk.
All done!! Took much less time than I anticipated. Had to stop to refill water bottles several times, but that's expected.
DH went with me. The last time he rode his bike he went about 10-15 miles. He did pretty good right up until mike 50 and fell behind. We used glympse to keep track of each other and ultimately he cut it short. Don't blame him.
I am in awe of a lot of you on this board. I stress out trying to get in 20-30 minutes of exercise 3 days a week and you guys are training for marathons, Iron Mans, etc. (I've had to google a lot of what you are doing because some of it, I've never heard of) You are all truly an inspiration.
