Take that, bully!
SAN ANTONIO - Two teachers in South Texas have been put on administrative leave after more than 20 students allegedly hit a boy accused of being a bully.
Prosecutors in San Antonio are reviewing allegations that a teacher in the Judson Independent School District ordered students to slug the 6-year-old boy to teach him a lesson.
A police report says one elementary teacher last month approached another to help control the boy. The second teacher allegedly placed the boy before other kindergarten students and said "hit him." The first teacher eventually stopped the punishment and later reported the incident.
The boy's mother says as many as two dozen students struck her son.
A Judson spokesman says the first teacher has been reprimanded and the second teacher won't be rehired.
Wow. I'm not sure what to think of this. On one hand, the bully got what he deserved. On the other, it doesn't sit well with me that a teacher encouraged several children to gang up on him and hit him.

I have to agree with you. While teachers may secretly think that he got what he deserved, it is wrong to orchestrate it.
