e: unplanned rest day - I was going to start NRoL4A this morning, but I'm so sore from my long run and gardening for 6 hours yesterday that I just went back to sleep, lol.

B: banana, greek yogurt with berries, coffee, 2 shot bloks (while running) L: big greek salad S: peach, watermelon D: leftover pizza from an awesome pizza place; if I have room, I might also have a slice of peach pie
after a rough week last week with little to no exercise, and a wild weekend away with poor eating choices (but I am still down 2 lbs!) I am back at it today!!

Pre-E: banana E: very slow run/walk on the TM - 35 minutes, 2.72 miles B: TJ's brown sugar/maple frosted mini wheats, 1% milk L: pizza primavera D: eggplant caponata over veggie pasta Snacks: banana, grapes, chocolate covered almonds, some cherries with frozen greek yogurt E: maybe some yoga after DS goes to bed, but our house needs some cleaning...

I would like to go for a 30 minute walk/jog around my neighborhood. I'll probably have to wait till the kiddos are in bed, though.
Had a not so fun trip to the dentist this morning, so I'm on a liquid/soft diet for the day.
