No turning back now! Okay, well maybe not. This month has been terrible for running, so I was motivated to make a commitment that I will actually stick with and I actually registered this morning. I had a conversation this weekend with H about him being okay with me doing long runs and other various weekday longer runs for training. He is very supportive, but wants me to be flexible with when I do my long runs on the weekends. Fair enough.
Any other MN ladies doing any of the Monster Dash races?
Good luck! I give you huge props for trying to do this with twins! How are they sleeping now? I have had a lot of luck getting runs done in the early AM while DD is still asleep. It has helped out our morning routine tremendously when she became capable of feeding herself breakfast during our drive to daycare each morning. HUGE milestone!

Thanks Brit! I am finally feeling like we are getting to an age where things are slightly easier. Plus having the jogging stroller has helped a lot.
Sleeping is getting more consistent. They usually sleep until at least 6. Mornings might become a reality, but we'll see how they are in the fall when they start up daycare again. (They are at home for the summer at Daddy Daycare) They still have some milk when they wake up, but they hold it themselves now.
Breakfast in the car is a great idea. I was just thinking about what they will eat at daycare for breakfast.
Yay!! I know you've been thinking about this one for awhile. I hope you're able to have a good summer training!! I don't know if I will do a fall 1/2 or not, but if I do I'm thinking probably Monster Dash.
