Weekends and weekdays are pretty much the same in this house. The hot weather makes it hard to do much until after 3. This is our day, which I ask our nanny to stick to as much as possible when it comes to naps and meal times.
6-6:45 wake up and water in their zoli. They drink from those all day whenever they want.
7:15 Breakfast ( waffles, oatmeal, or pancakes and fruit ) and clean up of breakfast
8:15 Bottle of milk. We still use bottles, because they can't figure out sippy cups and I don't want to clean milk out of a zoli straw.
9-9:30 Nap for anywhere between an hour and 2 hours.
11:30 wake up
12:00 Lunch of whatever they will eat and clean up. This is always a shitshow and takes forever. Sometimes I just throw them in the tub.
1:00 bottle
2-2:30 nap
4:00 wake up and snack and bottle
4:30 we go outside for a walk, go to the local grocery store, or the park if I'm feeling adventurous.
6:00 dinner and clean up
7:15 bottle and a bath before bottle if it's bath night or if its needed
7:45 bed
Sometimes we will go out after lunch before their afternoon nap if its not too hot.
I feel like naps and meals are my life. The boys aren't ready to drop a nap
5:30-6:30 - E wakes up (usually right around 5:50, but you never know). We hang out in the playroom until H gets up
7-7:15 - H wakes up. We all eat breakfast, then I get DH up to watch the kids while I get dressed/ready
8:30 - drop H off at summer camp
Morning - I either go the gym and have E in gym daycare, we run errands, go to the park, have playgroup, etc. Depends on day and weather but we are alreday out for camp drop off, so we do something usually.
10:30-11 - back home for a snack
11:30 - Down for his nap. This can last anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours.
Post nap - lunch and hang out at home. Maybe play in water table/wading pool. If the weather is good out to a park.
4:00 - Pick up H from camp. Then we either bring a friend home, go to a friend's house for a play date, etc. If H is really tired we go home and chill/he can watch TV for a bit.
5:30 - Dinner, bath, etc.
6:30 - E's bedtime. After he is in bed H and I do something together.
7:30 - H's bedtime
8 ish - DH comes home usually and we have our dinner
This is our summer schedule - during the school year we are out the door by 7:30 AM and have a 2:20 pick up, plus a lot of after school activities.
I also have a sitter from 8-2 two days a week (like today!) Those days I go to the gym on my own, run my errands, etc.

fryjack2 two naps is pretty dictating for a schedule. I was amazed at our freedom with one nap. Hang in there!
We have library story and music on Tuesday afternoons and Bible study on Wed mornings. There's normally one lunch or date with friends a week. Otherwise, our day follows a predictable pattern: wake, breakfast, play, errand/park/walk, lunch, nap, snack, play/errand/social event, dinner, bath, bed.

8:00 - Wake up 8:30 - Breakfast 9:30-11:00 - Activity. Playdate, My Gym, something 11:30-sometime between 1 and 2 - Nap 2:00 - Lunch 2:30-5:00 - Play around in the house. If the weather is nice, we'll go for a walk or jog 5:00 - Snack 5:15 - If it's not raining, water play on the back deck. Pool, water table. Beer for mommy and daddy. 7:00 - Dinner 7:30 - Milk, bath, jammies, stories 8:00 - Bedtime
6:20 am: get him up and dressed, nurse while breakfast is in the toaster (English muffin, waffle, etc) 6:30-7:05 am: breakfast. kid takes FOREVER to eat breakfast. 7:10a: drop off at DC
While at DC he generally still naps twice, once usually by 9am and then again just after lunch, so 1pm ish. Some times one nap, rarely no naps. No naps happened once, and then he fell asleep on the floor in the middle of the playroom just before I picked him up.
5:30-6p: pick up from DC, unless H and the car are home, then whenever he gets home. He nurses when we/I get home 6:30-7ish: dinner 7:30: in bed
When we're home/on the weekends we usually play between breakfast and nap, lunch/snack after his nap and then try and get out and do things, though it was just too hot yesterday.

raynes, Graham regularly takes 45 minutes to eat breakfast, sometimes it's an hour from when I hand him a sippy to when I unbuckle him from the high chair. On the one hand, it's nice to have him contained for that long but on the other, it's such a pain if we need to get out the door.
I work 1-2 days a week depending on the week. Our nanny works 20 hours ( two 10 hour days) a week.
If we had a house or a townhouse not a loft, it would be nicer on the days that we are both here. I try to be out of the house as much as possible or have her come later and leave earlier on those days.
530 or 6 DH gives him a bottle, he stays in crib- goes back to sleep or plays with his cloth books 7- up, breakfast/TV for both of us 8-9 play at the house, I get ready for the day, pack up bag, etc 9- leave for morning activity- usually we meet people somewhere at 930 930-11 play with friends- zoo, museum, baby music, park, etc 11-130 nap 130 lunch 130-6 play. possibly another activity out of the house, meet up with friends 6- DH home, make/eat dinner 6:45-730 go for a walk, go to the park, etc 730- DH gives him a shower, get him ready for bed, bottle 8- bed. we clean up dinner and get ready for the next day
rjamz we have basically the same day I might try to push lunch off until 1, then we can do more in the morning.
We used to have music class at 11 but it screwed them up for the whole day. I was waking them up from their nap and giving them lunch late. They were not happy. I should look for a new class in the afternoon.
9: Wake up 930: Breakfast 10-1230: Play, errands, walk, the park, etc... Sometimes we stay in because it is too hot so I will clean and play with him a bit or we might go grocery shopping. Just really varies day to day. 1230: Lunch 1: Nap 330: Snack and play. 530: Dinner 6: Play/Run errands 730: Bath 8: Bed
8-9: Wake up 930: Breakfast 10-12: Take a walk, ride his bike out front, go swimming. Days like today, where it's already 100* out, we stay in and play. 12:30-2ish: Nap Sometime after 2: Lunch 2:30-3:30: Play 4-5: Go out and run errands with H 5:30-6ish: Dinner 6:15: Bath, get ready for bed 7-7:30: Bed
eav2c I quoted you and changed some stuff because our days are basically the same.

I feel a little like Groundhog Day over here too! 7-8 wake up, watch Yo Gabba, breakfast (eggs or ham with milk) 8-10 play time ( which these days I have to be on the floor with her) 10-1130 Nap 11:30 lunch (protein and fruit) 11:30-2:00 play time and some tv 2-330 nap 330-5 snack and play time 5-6 time with daddy/ I go to the gym 6ish dinner and walk 7:30 bath 8-830 bed time
Usually on Mondays we go to Gymboree play at 12, Tuesday is groceries in the morning, Wednesday Gymboree at 10, Thursdays I watch my 3 yr old nephew, and Fridays she stays at mil's. I plan my errands and such either after her morning nap or afternoon nap.
6:30: Wake up. Sometimes I get up with him, sometimes DH will let me sleep until 6:50 when he has to get ready for work. On weekends I get to sleep until after 7. 6:30-8: breakfast. He's not always hungry as soon as he wakes up After breakfast: play. Often independently in the living room. sometime between 9 and 10:30--nap, usually 30-60 minutes 11:30: lunch playtime after lunch between 1 and 2:30: nap, which has lengthened to between 1 and 2 hours play time playtime/fuss over mommy while I make dinner 5:30-6: dinner play time, often with DH 7:30: bed
Sometimes we go shopping or to the library, which changes the schedule a bit, but that's about it.

Sometimes just a walk to get the mail and water the flowers, or get in the pool or play with the water table 2:00- lunch 3:00-6:00- nap snack 8:00- I feed the horses, dh takes them outside to play or for another walk 8:30- dinner 10- snack and get ready for bed
