@ 6:15 in the morning (not sure what I'm getting myself into)

What should I expect? I have never taken an Insanity class before. The class is in a yoga studio - How should I dress? shorts and a tank?

Either way it's intense cardio. Bring water - shorts and a tank sound fine.
