Ran outside this morning...did not die :)

Woo hooo!!!! Set out about 5:45...was aiming for 5:30 but didn't quite make it. Was out for about 30min....didn't go nuts but kept a decent pace.

It is already 83 degrees right now two hours later.

I'll try again thurs.

It actually wasn't as bad as i thought.....thanks for the motivation.

I ran about the same time you did this morning. I think the humidity was worse here than the heat. Ick. But hey, you got out and did it, that's what matters!

Yeah, I did 4 slow miles this morning and it could've been worse, but I'm thankful I only had to do 4 miles. I have a longer run tomorrow, and that's going to be tough.

It was considerably less humid this morning then the last few times ive ran, at least by me.

I was out this morning at the same time, it is usually about 85, but I got lucky today it has been raining, so only 75 - it was so nice. To bad my quads are still destroyed from my race this weekend, I only did a very slow 2 miles - seemed like such a waste of great weather.
