I know its too early (or is it??) to start PT now, but Im wondering if we should start talking about going "potty" to her or at least put out a plastic potty for her to sit on and "practice?".
I obviously have no clue what I am doing or talking about.
When did you start PT? Do they just one day start being interested in it? Will we just know?

I've been wondering the same thing! We have a potty, it says 18 mo +, fyi. We talk to L if he is pooping and try to help him learn poopoo so hopefully soon, he will tell us when he is going. Other than that, I don't know! I thought about starting to let him sit on the potty every night before he gets in the tub but I've been lazy.
Ehh, i don't think practicing will do much for now. I waited until L started showing signs that she was ready to introduce the potty, and even then PT didnt really start for a few more months.
When she was ready it all clicked, and it was a cinch. The biggest clue was she started complaining about wet and dirty diapers.
I put out a little potty last week, because I figured it can't hurt. He'll back up and try to sit on it (very cute) but doesn't do anything in it. I have it right next to the toilet, so I'm hoping he makes the connection at some point.
