When I took Zoe to the park earlier, there were no kids her age around. They were all 4+, I'd say. Anyways, Zoe's really not into the play structure and she's recently decided she's not a huge fan of the swings anymore, so she was running around the perimeter of the play area and there were two girls playing together with a small blanket. Whenever Zoe got near them, they'd snatch up the blanket and run away saying, "Noooo, baby!" Eventually, Zoe wandered off and I was letting her get a decent ways away without going after her and I hear one of the girls go, "Oh no, look at the baby! Someone could take her. We should go watch her!" and then they both ran down to where she was and were like shadows on her. When she turned around to look at them and try to touch them, they ran away again. Every time she got more than 20 feet away from me, they would run to where ever she was and keep an eye on her. It was pretty sweet and hilarious.

I also found out that Zoe really is "that" small. We went to two different parks today and at the first one, Zoe was one of the older babies there and also the smallest. We ran into one of jaime183's friends, too, which was unexpected, lol. A couple moms at the second park this afternoon were surprised that she was over a year, but then said, "Well that explains why she's so steady."
