B: oatmeal w/ blackberries, blueberries, nuts and dried fruit, coffee w/ almond milk and truvia E: 7 mile run - a bit nervous about the heat and humidity L: leftover chicken salad on mixed greens, greek yogurt w/ blueberries S: celery w/ pb and raisins D: frozen meal or salad
