Orange is the New Black on Netflix. It's really, really good. I had read the book and was worried the show would be campy- instead it's awesome.

It's a Netflix original so you can binge on the whole season immediately.

I liked it :-) Totally binged last week. Not exactly like the book (which was also good). I like how they go into different characters' backgrounds.

I watched the whole thing in like 2 days. It's so fucking awesome.

Jenji really seems to enjoy female leads that you root for but also kind of hate because their misery is always their own doing. In some ways Piper really reminds me of Nancy Botwin from Weeds.

I'm more compelled by the stories of the other women in prison than Piper's, to be honest.
