B: special k with skim milk, tea L: veggie soup, nectarine S: cherries, carrots and hummus D: it is too hot to cook! charcutarie board and a salad. E: lower body strength
B: oatmeal w/ blueberries, blackberries, nuts, dried fruit, some white chocolate chips, coffee w/ truvia and almond milk E: scheduled rest day (so glad I don't have to run in this awful heat and humidity today) - cleaning the house for 2 hours though L: big salad w/ squash, zucchini, cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, pickles, greek yogurt w/ berries S: celery, pb, raisins D: not sure - want to make spaghetti squash and veggie meatballs but maybe too hot for that s: sweet cherries, dark chocolate

B: Smart Ones breakfast burrito and a V-8 Fusion energy L: Healthy Choice pumpkin squash ravioli, carrots, and a fruit cup D: Subway turkey sandwich on wheat, apples S: Laughing Cow cheese on Triscuit Thins E: Last day of C210K week 3 with the jogging stroller (dear God I hope it makes my very hyper, wild kiddo tired) and yoga
