What do you do with your race bibs after you're finished with the event? Do you toss them or keep them? Curious on the responses. I'm slowly starting to accumulate bibs and don't want to toss them (I worked hard damn it!). Was considering some sort of craft project with them but haven't come across one I liked.
I save all of them. I was thinking about getting a plaque from Etsy after my first Half so I can hang the bibs and the medal! Lots of cute options on Etsy.

I have all mine taped to my desk at work (I'm a social worker, so it's pretty relaxed environment). It's a nice conversation starter I'm running out of room on the front of my desk, so I'm going to start taking off the generic ones (Road ID vs. Race name). I have plans for a medal display in my home office, so I may bring them home and do something different with them at some point.

I only keep them from halves (and will for future fulls). I have no desire to display or use storage space on race bibs from all the random 5ks and 10ks I do.
I stuff them in a shoebox or throw them away, depending on the race. I think I have most of my marathon bibs but definitely not every 5K/10K/whatever. A few years ago I put them on my xmas tree because we didn't have any ornaments.

If I PR, I write the time, date, and the award if I've placed, and I hang it near my desk.
Most bibs get tossed, unless DH notices them, in which case he puts them in a file folder "so we can do something with them later." I made a joke that if we collect anymore, we'll have to wallpaper the bathroom with them, and he decided that was the best idea ever, and now I'm a little worried he might actually do it.
Here is a pic of the plaque I got off of Etsy - not sure why my pic is sideways but I'm too tired from my long run to fix it
Cute, I like that.
I just have mine in a stack at the bottom of the box where I keep all of my assorted fitness accessories, but I keep meaning to do something with them.
They're in a box with all of my medals & tech shirts. Someone posted a company once who made gym bags out of the bibs, & that was actually really cool. I might do a photo album one day with bibs and race pics. Idk.
I have my medals hanging up on some cheap thing I got from Target, but looks awesome. I plan on doing a scrapbook of my bobs with my times and photos that I have available.

I found this idea for the race tees
I did this and scatter them around my framed race/running/activity pictures ive framed too. With the medal/bib hanger it makes for a fun wall in my office/workout room

I saw this and thought about using these as a way to display medals.

OMG! I was so bummed that both the training shirt and the finisher shirt for my first marathon are too big for me. They've just been sitting sadly in the bottom of my running shirt drawer. Now I know what I can do with them! Thank you so much for posting this!
To answer the OP, I save all of my bibs. I write the date, finishing time, AG placing, and sometimes weather details on the back. I think I might scan them some day and make a photo book or something. I haven't been running very long, so I'm not at the point that I want to throw them away yet. My medals hang on a homemade rack. I made it Sorry that the pic is sideways.
