I have made some from Dashing Dish - they are outlined as protein smoothies, but you could probably skip the protein powder and be fine. They use cottage cheese, which sounds weird, but gives it a great, creamy texture - like a milkshake!
I usually just throw in whatever I have, but I got some great ideas from this website. www.greenthickies.com/
My basic recipe (this makes two): -1 cup oats -1/4 cup nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts - I like to rotate) -greens (spinach or kale usually, about 2-3 handfuls) -other veggie (usually cucumber or celery) -fresh fruit (peaches are my favorite right now, have also done kiwi, strawberries, apple) -frozen fruit (right now I have watermelon - yum, but also have mango and strawberries - the mango makes it super creamy) - if I need some liquid, cold press organic apple juice
This is really filling - now that I add the oats and nuts I don't have to make my morning oatmeal - all in one, super efficient.
