F- PT S- rest S- upper body strength training (upper body only until I'm cleared - hopefully that will come from my Drs appt tomorrow but I'm not holding my breath).
Fri- 4 mile run along the beach and a day at the waterpark with the kids which was a workout in itself! Sat- rest Sun- 4 mile run that finally felt good! Thank you Mother Nature for turning down the temp a little
F - is this even part of the weekend!? Sat - 43 mile bike ride (2 loops of the highway portion of IMAZ). I was pacing a friend 20mph. It kicked my ass as much as his, lol Sunday - 10.77 mile run in 75% degree humidity. That is a new record humidity for me, that I am actually aware of.

Fri: I intended to run, but it still felt like 104 outside with like 90% humidity, so I did strength training inside instead. Sat: 3 miles (still crazy humid, I thought I was going to throw up) Sun: 12 mile ride
