Prosecco is delicious!  Mix it with a little St. Germain, splash of soda water and a lemon twist and you've got yourself one yummy cocktail!

I couldn't NOT comment when I saw your recc @bostonjen : there was an old man @ the liquor store last week, as I was buying champagne for a bridal shower. He was insistent that I take down this very recipe (to serve, but I abstained, as I was looking to make things as easy as possible, & serving straight champagne was much simpler.) Anyway, this is definitely a sign that I MUST try this cocktail- I'll let you know
