E: slow run, body pump
B: greek yogurt with berries, coffee L: salad with grilled chicken, strawberries, chevre, almonds S: peach, watermelon, baby carrots and pretzels with hummus, maybe some cheese if I'm still hungry D: pepperoni pizza and either sorbet or ice cream for dessert
B: 2 hard boiled eggs, green tea, multivitamin S1: banana L: salad with spinach, red onion, mushrooms, carrots, sunflower seeds, soy nuts, feta cheese, balsamic vinegar and apple S2: Clif chocolate peanut butter Builder Bar S3: almonds, shake with flaxseeds, nonfat Kefir and egg protein powder D: homemade vegetable lo mein
B1: banana and coffee w/ unsweetened almond milk and Truvia E: 1.5 mile run to Insanity Bootcamp, 50 minute Insanity class, 1.5 mile run back home - I'm exhausted! B2: oatmeal w/ blueberries and some nuts and dried berries, hot green tea L: My dad is taking me out to lunch for my bday - spinach salad w/ salmon, sourdough bread D: DH is picking up my favorite greek food - red lentil soup, greek salad w/ chicken, and some hummus and pita T: it's my bday so I must have something with frosting on it:)
E: 4 Mile run Breakfast: Coffee w/H&H Lunch: Some sort of kale salad from Whole Foods the rest of the office has been raving about. So I sat in traffic for 40 minutes to go and get some of said salad. This better be the best damn salad EVER. Blerg S: WF Greek Yogurt with some raspberries D: ? No freaking clue. Probably something out of the freezer since I'm trying to eat up everything before I move out on the 3rd.
E: Rest day B: Toast w/peanut butter & coffee L: spaghetti since that's what they are having in the dinig hall S: possibly fruit D: chicken and no clue what else
E: power yoga with weights B: oatmeal with ground flax, dried cranberries, walnuts S1: small iced coffee L: 5" veggie sandwich with avocado, 1/2c vegan potato salad S2: dried kiwi S3: granola bar S4: banana if needed (I have been so voraciously hungry for 2 days it's insane) D: TBD - probably farro w/ roasted veggies
