Oh no, not too boyish at all! Throw in a few pink accents (thoughtfully, like Vic's nursery!) and it'll be great. I love both fabrics. I think you can add in some geometrics (tonal polka dot and tonal chevron, check out hawthorne threads for options) for both of those and be great.
I like the colorful hardware.
I'm not much help on the lamps lol. I went to Target recently and they had tons of cute lamps from the Threshold line.

I love the animal print, particularly b/c I love elephants. But the damask one is very pretty - definitely boy vs. girl decision. The animal print is a little dark and the colors are a little muted, so I think you'd need to bring some bold/bright color to the rest of the party.
Not digin' the clear drawer pulls, I guess they remind me of cheap lucite.
I love the zoology print, and I think it's gender neutral. If you played up dark grays and the teal, you could make it more "boy" or play up the yellow and white and use feminine finishes to make it more "girl."
Sheer curtains with yellow pom poms, similar to Chris Loves Julia, comes to mind (although you'll also want light blocking curtain panels over the sheers).
I also dislike the acrylic drawer pulls. They look cheap to me (but I feel that way about most acrylic things).

Chiming in from GP, as requested @merida
So. I love Carousel Bedding first of all. They have the custom design feature which I almost went with. But to the point...
I think the zoology print is great for a boy or a girl, and I think that they way to fem it up if the baby is a girl is with accents. Artwork, blankets, the mobile, etc. The bedding is lovely in the color as it is! The print has flowers on it and you can pull that out of the fitted sheet and incorporate it in the mobile some way, or in the artwork, as a way to draw out the femnity of the pattern. Like those fluffly poms, etc.
If baby is a boy, ignore the flowers and focus on the strong grey tones, and the animals :-)
I like the dresser, I vote you either do all matching glass knobs, or do two diff colored knobs, but not lucite. Unless you have a lucite chair in the room, or something else lucite to have that make sense. Like a lucite chair with a soft, plush blanket, or similar.
