Stick with it regularly and it gets easier. I promise! Now, I will warn you that no matter how much or how far you run. Sometimes a run will just suck. But don't give up!

The first two miles of most runs feel pretty hard, even though I've been doing it for 2 years. I hear this from a lot of runners. The longer you do it, the easier it gets. But it never gets truly "easy", IMO.

I love this answer
Even when my first few miles feel bad I remind myself how great I'll feel afterwards. For every mile you run remind yourself that YOU ROCK. Regardless of if it's one or twenty, you're doing it! GO YOU!
It gets easier in that you get used to it. But it never actually gets easy, at least to me. I can run long distances now and just signed up for my third half, but it is still hard. it is a WORKout! I like the phrase "running never gets easier, you just get faster." While it is not easy though, I do enjoy it, and I think that is the difference. For me, that took about 2 months of regular running.
I feel your pain! I just started running, and can only do 1 mile so far. That 1 mile takes a lot out of me. I'm just trying to stick with it and not give up.

When it's over? In all seriousness, there are always good days and bad days - even on the same route. Sometimes it feels a little better after a mile, sometimes after two, sometimes the whole damn thing sucks. I still know it's good for me and I love finishing it
With me, whenever I've gone through phases of running, it always starts off really hard and then with consistency, it gets easier and easier. I've never run really long (well, to me, really long) distances, just 5 miles and under. When I've worked up to those lengths, 2 miles feels like i'm just warmed up....you'll get there.
Yup, I wouldn't say running is ever really easy. Even pro runners have tough, bad runs sometimes. One day I can run 6 miles and feel great, the next I can barely run 2 and I feel like I'm dying. There are so many different factors that determine if you have a good run, (for example hydration, nutrition, how rested you are, etc) so if just one of those is off on any particular day it can equal a bad run.
You really just have to keep getting out there, and like others said, it will get easier overall.
You should also eventually grow to depend on those endorphins more, which will make you feel better when you run than when you are lazy, which is motivating.
