I almost forgot today is Thursday!
Thankful this was my last week of work before the move, and thankful for the sweet baby that I see sleeping in the monitor.
Thankful for you ladies. I am so sad to be leaving my fitness friends in Kansas City but am happy to still be able to check in with you virtual friends.
I am thankful that Wellington the horse decided not to bite Arnie the horse in the butt on today's ride. That would not have been fun. I am thankful for half of the delicious chocolate bar I ate. I will be thankful for the other half after dinner tonight.
I am thankful I got my 5 miles in already on the dreadmill! So now when I get home tonight I can snuggle with my twin 1 month old nieces and have that behind me!

I'm thankful that my saddle which had been causing me actual bleeding issues on my bike turns out to be an AMAZING saddle of my husband. And that his saddle, while still not perfect, is a much improved choice for me!
I rode for an hour today with almost no issues, hooray.
Also thankful for true blue friends that you don't have to be your fake self around, that love you, warts and all
I'm thankful for this sweet baby who is eating like a champ-birth weight was 8 lb 5oz, discharge weight was 7lb 12oz, weight at weight check on Monday was 7lb 14oz...and today at his weight check? 8lbs 9oz! FUCK YEAH.
I am also thankful that my boobs are no longer up in my chin...stripper boobs were nice to look at but hurt like hell. theyve settled down a LOT in the last day or two.
The weather is UH.MAZ.ING here too...makes me want to go on a run!
I'm thankful for my new neighborhood! It's like Mr Rogers Neighborhood or sumshit. Adorable! Seriously, old men in white practicing tai chi in the park across the street, people always walking, a community garden. I nevah wanna leave.
I am thankful that it is July and my spin biz is still rockin'!
Would love to hear an update!
Thanks! We were open for one year in May and it has been growing and growing! We consistently sell out classes, have added more bikes and more instructors. Life is very good! I thought this summer would be rough, but it hasn't been too bad.

sitnspin - That is so great! It seems like attendance is down in the summer for spin classes and if yours is thriving you must have something great! I remember reading about your music for classes in the old TN days. Way to go get it!
