I'm back to planning my meals. Since earring whatever I want didn't work out well, lol. B: plain oatmeal w/almonds, banana, scoop of whey protein L: raw red pepper and hummus, turkey and lettuce wraps S: baby bell cheese and almonds D: out for sushi! E: Finishing my coffee waiting for the sun to come up to run maybe 3mi? I'm scurred of the dark. Teach Bodyflow this evening.

b: protein smoothie s: greek yogurt & fruit l: either subway or sushi, not sure yet d: out with friends to PF Changs - I think I'll try the summer quinoa fried "rice"
B: 2 hard boiled eggs, green tea, protein shake, multivitamin S1: banana L: homemade pesto minestrone, apple S2: chai tea w/ soy creamer & raw agave, protein bar D: vegetarian "chili dogs", small salad
B: oatmeal w/ 1/2 banana, blueberries, some nuts and dried fruit, coffee w/ truvia and unsweetened almond milk S: dry cereal w/ some raisins - I was still hungry after my oatmeal E: 12 mile run L: soup or salad- not sure S: apple or granola bar D: ? - we are flying out to Boston tonight, we will grab something once our flight gets in
B: special k with skim milk, tea L: nectarine, (on the road) S: cherries D: rehearsal dinner for a friend E: not sure I will have time to get in anything today with work and travel
B - coffee and a few chocolate donuts FAIL! L - cafetria is serving cheeseburgers so....yea...FAIL S - Banana D - pasta w/chicken E - Not sure yet. Gym is closed today so I have to figure something out. Maybe a run or an in-home WOD.
