I mean, it's not really a big deal, but I feel bad about it. We're getting ready for our trip and doing a last minute load of laundry.... at the last minute my husband threw in one of his new shirts (just a navy collared short sleeve shirt from banana republic). He thought it was just a tiny bit too big and only wanted me to dry it half way.
So I do the wash, then transfer it to the dryer and take out a navy collared shirt and another shirt he didn't want me to dry all the way.
Apparently I took out the *wrong* navy collared shirt. Apparently he had two in there! so I dried the one he didn't want dried and now it shrunk.
It would have been a good idea for him to tell me there are two navy collared shirts in there, no?!!!! I mean seriously!!
Do your husbands do their own laundry? because I cannot keep track of what he wants dried and what he doesn't.

I would never let him do MY laundry but I'm wondering if he should do his own, because I can't keep track of what shirts need to be dried and which ones need to be air dried.
And I feel like he should have told me "hey there are going to be two almost identical navy polos so make sure to air dry the right one" lol
You may be able to stretch it out. Wash it in Woolite, then dry it flat on a towel. Stretch it out as best you can and leave it until completely dry. It's worth a shot.
DH and I do all our own laundry. Occasionally, we'll do it together or I'll throw in a few things of his if I have room and he needs it the next day. I am kind of particular about how my laundry gets done, always have been. I wouldn't even let my mom do my laundry when I was younger.
Also, I rarely machine-dry clothing. It's killer on fabric.

Sounds like he needs to buy the next size up, so you can wash and dry his clothes the normal way. LOL I want my collared polo's half dried.........translates to...... I want the crusts cut off my grilled cheese. That shit wouldn't fly in my house.

I do his laundry. When he does it everything is wrinkled when he takes it out of the dryer. I make it smell good and wrinkle free. I never allow him to touch my laundry
I do all his laundry. Most dress shirts go to the cleaners even if they can be cleaned because I have no patience to sit and iron all his shirts. I can deal with ironing pants but usually if I hang those immediately after drying they don't need it anyway. If he has any special care garments I would just take them to the dry cleaner.

We each do our own... He is starting to actually sort colors and not wash towels with his good clothes :/ but overall I'm too particular and he's not particular enough. Occasional I will offer room for something needed the next day and he will do the same (I rarely accept). He uses way too much detergent and it makes the clothes feel weird and lint from dryer sticks.
I do all the laundry. I dry everything.....Neither of us own clothes that can't go in the drier. Sometimes I pull things from the drier because I want them to last longer. Otherwise everything goes in the drier.
