My PT recommended I start icing my leg more but not the easy icing. The kind you freeze a Dixie cup of water, peel back the sides and firmly rub on the area in one minute intervals. Right now it's once a day as needed. I've heard this is a good technique to do prior to this but it always sounded god awful. It was! Omg. My pt warned me most people cry during the minute. I can see why. Holy effing crap it hurt. But oddly enough it has helped! Lol My poor H tho he had to do the rubbing as its my upper and lower hamstring and its better do laying face down. He had to do it for me. Poor guy. I've neve called him such awful names before i was screaming. lol he just laughed. Thankfully he knew it was the ice talking!
